Our production team receives regular training on this equipment, in order to optimize their mastery, reinforce good practices and maintain high standards in terms of quality and efficiency.
MANUFACTURING
From Formulation to Large-Scale Production
We bridge the gap between laboratory innovation and industrial manufacturing, optimizing costs and reducing unforeseen events. As a certified manufacturer and contract manufacturer of healthcare and personal care products (ISO 22716 and ISO 13405:2016), we offer flexible services tailored to your needs, whether it's your formula or ours. Our facility allows for small to large-scale production, with an annual capacity of 1,400 tons for simple mixtures and 390 tons for emulsions.
Our Range of Machines
Our range of machines includes the Axomix 1500–6000, equipped with a homogenizing turbine that can reach speeds of up to 3000 rpm and a hydraulically lifting lid for easy access. We also have the Axomix 400–1000, designed with slow counter-rotating mixing technology and Teflon scrapers. This model features lower central valves for vacuum intake of raw materials or emptying of the finished product.
PACKAGING
Our filling and assembly lines accept your packaging or offer custom solutions with approved suppliers. We handle various types of packaging, such as primary packaging, filling jars, tubes, and pump bottles.
Our annual capacity is 3.5 million tubes and 1.5 million bottles and jars. We use the AXO 800 for filling and closing aluminum, polyethylene, and metal tubes, as well as the Samas Mono P6, an intermittent filling and closing machine.
